This was a really great event! Jennifer just opened up and told her story of going from zero to self-sustaining via selling her art in under 3 1/2 years! It was inspiring to me as an emerging artist to hear – and to see the other artists in the room gain new confidence with regards their own endeavors and emerging careers. She left us with a list of her favorite (most helpful) resources and let us all know she’s just an email or phone call away! This is exactly why Working Artists does what we do…
Hi Adrienne! Just wanted to comment on the Round Table… this, being the first one I’ve attended was a surprise… a good surprise, and I loved it. It was very inspiring to hear about Jennifer’s climb to success. It was also good to hear some of her tips. Thank you for creating these events.
