Privacy Policy

At Working Artists LLC we value your privacy. That is why we will never lease, sell, or give your confidential email address or other information we gather in the normal course of doing business to any party. That means we do not rent, sell or lend our lists to anyone.

Refund/Exchange/Cancellation or Applicable Warranty

Our refund / cancellation policy is as follows:

Downloadable Information Products
You may obtain a full refund for any downloadable information product within 30 days of purchase.

Subscription/Recurring Products
No refunds are granted after the initial 30 day period. However, you may cancel a recurring subscription at any time and you will not be billed again. We bill each month in advance, and all requests for refunds must be submitted prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle.

For example, if a client cancels by submitting a request via email to wan@workingartistsnetwork.com on the 28th of the month and their next billing cycle is on the 30th of the same month then the following month they will not be billed.

Events
Non-educational events: Round tables, presentations, exhibitions, performances, etc.
If you cancel your participation in any non-educational event produced by Working Artists LLC before the day of the event, you will receive a 100% refund. We do not offer refunds the day of events.

Educational events: workshops, seminars, classes, lectures, etc.
We do not offer refunds for educational events. You will, however, receive a credit on your account with Working Artists LLC in the amount of the fee you paid when you registered, which may be applied to any future educational event.
