MAP is a project of Lane County’s 100% Access Healthcare Initiative. The 100% Access Initiative is a community-based partnership dedicated to maximizing access to healthcare for all people in Lane County, Oregon. The Initiative’s goal is to connect people with no insurance to existing health insurance programs and medical services, and to develop new community-based options where gaps exist.
