WAN exists to empower artists (in any genre) and other independently employed creative professionals who identify themselves as artists. The common denominator is that our members create original work—sometimes as commissions and for hire gigs, others as stand alone projects and work—AND—are self employed or run a micro business that employs creative workers.

WAN is YOUR business association offering programs, services, workshops, courses, and marketing/sales opportunities for working artists like you that best support you in creating a sustainable business and lifestyle.

WHO WAN SERVES: WAN programs and consulting services are for artists–the army of indie biz folks who create original content in their chosen art form. Including (and not limited to):

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

There are 3 Individual Artists Levels: Basic, Start-up and Pro

BASIC is for folks who are dipping their toe in the pool of being an independent arts professional. This includes a subscription to both our newsletters, and $10 off any of our monthly Arts Business Roundtables and occasional special promotions just for BASIC members. Basic is $4.95 per month.

START-UP is for people who are actively building the chops to go into business as indie arts professional. In addition to the newsletters, members in this category also receive Calls/Audition/Submission notices. Discounts include: $15 off the Roundtables, $95 off the Guerilla Exhibitor 12-week course, $50 off our quarterly Arts Biz Momentum Full-day Workshops, and access to our Preferred Provider network. Start-up is $19.95 per month.

1 Program terms apply to radically discounted workshops, like Business Momentum and Guided Studies. In order to receive these courses at these deep discounts, you must have already been a member for 3 months, or subscribe to this level of membership quarterly.

PRO is for the artist who wants to be on the fast-track to building up their arts business. Pro includes newsletters and notices, and these discounts: $20 off the Roundtables, $195 off the Guerilla Exhibitor 12-week course, quarterly Arts Biz Momentum Full-day Workshops are FREE, 10-25% off classes/workshops offered through WAN, and access to our Preferred Provider network. Pro is $39.95 per month.
